Find the Right Help

Deep Poker, ClubGG and individual Club administrators have different responsibilities. Choose the route for your issue and share only what is needed.

Start with the question you need answered

  1. A Deep Poker site or account problem

Use our contact channels below. Include the page address, what you expected, what happened and the device/browser involved. A Deep Poker account is separate from a ClubGG account.

  2. An incorrect article or directory entry

Use the editorial correction checklist. We can review our own pages; a correction request does not authenticate an outside person or establish a Club relationship.

  3. A ClubGG account, app or product question

Use the official ClubGG Help Centre (opens a new tab). Deep Poker cannot reset a ClubGG account or act as ClubGG support. Questions about a role assigned within a particular Club belong with that Club’s responsible administrator.

  4. A private Club’s membership or conduct

Contact that Club’s administration. ClubGG’s administration guidance limits its involvement in internal disputes. A listing here does not make Deep Poker the administrator. See how to document an integrity concern.

ClubGG is a free poker client that only offers poker gameplay with play money that doesn’t have any monetary value and is not affiliated with, sponsoring, or endorsing this promotional activity.

Contact Deep Poker

These are the contact destinations designated by Deep Poker. We do not promise a response time, and this page does not verify that a particular conversation or sender is genuine. Non-email links open an external service in a new tab; email opens your mail application.

A useful editorial correction

You do not need a Deep Poker account to report an error. For page corrections, use Deep Poker's email address and identify the message as a page correction. This is a general Deep Poker mailbox, not a dedicated editorial-only channel. The Telegram and WhatsApp links above are general support routes, not the correction intake described here.

Include only what is needed to locate and assess the issue:

  • The exact page URL and the sentence, figure or listing in question.
  • What appears incorrect, and when you observed it.
  • A relevant public source or a concise description of the evidence—not an unrelated account history.
  • For a Club ID mismatch, the supplied name/ID and the different destination you saw. Redact account details from any screenshot.

Separate a suggested correction from facts you can demonstrate. We may need further evidence before changing a record; submitting a request does not guarantee publication or verify a commercial claim. For the underlying checks, read the Club ID guide.

Keep secrets out of a support message

Do not send passwords, one-time sign-in codes, recovery codes, wallet seed phrases, identity documents or complete financial records to report an editorial error. Start with a minimal description. Keep originals privately if you need to document a dispute.

Compare a sender’s exact handle and destination with this page; a copied name, logo or profile image does not establish identity. Open the listed route yourself if an unsolicited message seems suspicious. Never share a password to prove who you are.

Read impersonation warning signs and dispute documentation. Deep Poker does not promise recovery, a sanction or a resolution time.

Follow updates or read public reviews

These destinations are separate from direct support. Avoid posting private account information in public comments or reviews. Links open a new tab.
