What this guide covers
Brand identification, not an endorsement.QQPK's current public site is more informative than the old near-empty-page record: it shows event material and readable policy documents. Those pages do not show an active lobby, current table occupancy or tested game integrity.
The public qqpk.com site must be kept separate from the retained qqpk8.app share-code invitation. We have not established that the old invitation belongs to the same legal service, and no invitation, download, account, support or settlement flow was tested.
The product in brief
A document-based summary, not a live service check. On a narrow screen, scroll within the table; keyboard users can focus it and use the arrow keys.
| Topic | What the sources establish |
|---|---|
| Public material | The site now presents event notices and a poker-specific terms document; neither is an observed game session. Sources: QQPK — English public site; QQPK — Terms and Conditions (21 March 2026). |
| Company claim | The publisher names QQPOKER Technology Limited, BVI registration 2174404, and claims Anjouan licence ALSI-202603009-FI1. No independent regulator match was made. Sources: QQPK — English public site. |
| Historical link | Deep Poker retained a share-code invitation on a different host. Its present ownership, app identity and contractual relation to qqpk.com remain unverified. |
What the written poker rules can explain
The terms treat multiplayer poker as competition between users rather than a casino hand against the operator. They contemplate more than one simultaneous table, a cash-game commission or tournament fee, and rules against collusion and deliberately losing hands to transfer chips. This is a useful product model, not proof that a particular event, table or enforcement system operated as written.
A reader comparing rooms still needs the actual game variant, blind level, rake cap or tournament entry breakdown. Event tiles and broad terms cannot supply a complete live schedule or numeric cost comparison. An advertised satellite is not evidence of a seat available now; a written integrity rule is not an audit of enforcement.
Sources: QQPK — Terms and Conditions (21 March 2026); QQPK — English public site.Identity, territory and company are not interchangeable
The earlier Deep record described a no-ID share-code app. By contrast, qqpk.com's terms permit identity checks and restrict use by location and applicable law. We do not turn an event page or licence number into personal access or legal clearance.
QQPK's homepage names a BVI company and makes an Anjouan licence claim. That is attributable publisher information, not a regulator-status check. Most importantly, it does not authenticate the separate historical invitation host or identify a particular club, agent, balance custodian or settlement obligation.
Sources: QQPK — Terms and Conditions (21 March 2026); QQPK — English public site.Where documents stop and testing would begin
The public qqpk.com site is no longer just a brand shell. Yet a document cannot verify a live table, software binary, payment handling, dispute outcome or whether the old share code maps to this service.
For an existing dispute, the applicable dated rules and event record matter. The terms distinguish different complaint scenarios and time frames; this guide does not collapse them into one universal deadline or publish a support address as a verified remedy. No account or transaction was used to test enforcement.

Is QQPK only a share-code club app?
The current qqpk.com pages present a public poker service and written rules. We cannot connect the separate historical share-code invitation to that service or say how a particular club operates.
Does QQPK require identity verification?
Its terms allow it. We did not test an account, so the timing of any check is unknown.
Is QQPK's licence independently confirmed here?
No. The BVI company and Anjouan number are printed by qqpk.com; this review did not establish a matching current regulator record or coverage of the older invitation host.
Sources and review limits
The sources below were inspected for the claims stated here. A publisher’s description is not proof of live availability, a successful transaction, permission in your location or an independently tested product. Older document dates remain distinct from this review date.
