What a check can—and cannot—show
A matching Club listing can establish that a name or ID appears in the app. It cannot establish that the person in a chat controls the Club, has a current role, works for ClubGG or will act safely. There is no pass/fail badge from this guide. Treat each claim as a separate question and stop when a key part cannot be independently checked.
ClubGG describes Club administration roles and Union role and access controls. These are product and administration features, not a public identity certificate for outside messages. Its Media Guideline also separates a Club's own identity from ClubGG endorsement.
Four claims that should not be collapsed into one
On a narrow screen, swipe within the table. With a keyboard, focus the table area and use the left and right arrow keys.
| Claim or observation | What it can support | What it cannot prove |
|---|---|---|
| A Club name or ID appears in the app | The displayed listing can be compared with the reference you received. | It does not identify the sender, prove control of the Club or imply ClubGG endorsement. |
| An Agent or other role appears in a Club | A currently visible assignment may show app permissions in that Club's context. | A title or screenshot alone does not authenticate an outside message, confer platform authority or show every permission. |
| Someone says they act for a Union | The claim may be checked with the relevant Union's independently found channel and current role record. | A Union title is not an appointment as ClubGG staff or universal access across Clubs. |
| Someone says they are ClubGG support | Only a response reached through ClubGG's own verified help/account channel can address a platform-support request. | A matching logo, sender name, Club role or copied conversation cannot establish official support identity. |
The relevant assignment and permissions may change. A saved image is useful as a dated record of what was shown, not a live authorization check.
A short, independent verification sequence
- Name the exact claim. Ask whether the contact says they administer a named Club, hold a Union role, provide an independent service or work for ClubGG. Write down the name, ID, role and claimed scope without sending account secrets.
- Open the app and known site yourself. Compare the current Club listing in ClubGG where available. Do not use an unsolicited login, support or download link as the starting point.
- Check the person separately. Reach the claimed Club or Union through a previously known or independently found route. Ask whether the specific contact presently has the claimed assignment and what it covers. If you cannot establish that channel, leave the claim unresolved.
- Use platform support for platform claims. For ClubGG software or account authority, use its official Help Centre opened independently. Do not ask the disputed contact to authenticate itself.
- Record only a bounded result. Note what matched, what did not, the date and the channel used. A completed exchange is not a guarantee about later conduct.
Send a question to the party that can answer it
This table also scrolls sideways on a narrow screen; focus its area for arrow-key navigation.
| Question | Start with | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| ClubGG app, sign-in or account | ClubGG's official Help Centre | Use a route you opened yourself; a Club contact cannot verify a platform account on ClubGG's behalf. |
| Private Club membership or table | The relevant Club's independently verified administrator | Club administration concerns that Club's actual assigned scope, not ClubGG-wide support. |
| Union role or access claim | The named Union's independently verified channel | Ask for present assignment and scope; do not infer an official ClubGG appointment. |
| Deep account, published profile or correction | Deep's own contact route | Deep can answer for its own records and relationships, not certify another platform's support or an unknown sender. |
ClubGG's account guidance distinguishes its account process from private Club administration. An unresolved role claim should not be converted into a request for passwords, one-time codes or device access.
How to read Deep's own Club and Union claims
Deep lists its own attributed Club and Union relationships, including distinct Club IDs and, where relevant, Referrer IDs. Those identifiers help describe the listed relationship; they do not authenticate a message sender or establish a ClubGG appointment. If someone claims to act for Deep, use Deep's contact route reached independently and ask whether that person and request fall within Deep's own scope.
A Deep answer can address Deep's own current records and support arrangement. It cannot replace ClubGG's support for its app/account, the named Union's own confirmation of its permissions, or evidence about an unknown third party. The Club-role guide explains the terminology in more detail.
Pause when the evidence becomes weaker
Unsolicited links, changing role descriptions, cropped or undated screenshots, pressure to keep the contact secret, refusal to name the responsible party and requests for credentials or one-time codes are reasons to stop and verify separately. None alone is a finding of wrongdoing. Keep a private record of exact statements and dates, redact other people's details, and avoid a public accusation based on an unverified image.
Scam-pattern guidance covers immediate account protection. The dispute guide covers evidence and responsible-party routing without promising a result.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does a matching Club ID verify the person who contacted me?
No. It helps match a listing in the app. Verify the sender and any claimed role through an independent channel; the ID does not establish control, permission or endorsement.
Is a SuperAgent title the same as being ClubGG staff?
No. A Union or Club role describes an assigned relationship in that context. It must not be described as employment by, official representation of, or endorsement from ClubGG without separate direct evidence.
Can a screenshot prove current permissions?
Not by itself. A screenshot may be old, cropped or from a different account. Compare current in-app information where available and ask the relevant Club or Union through a channel you reached independently.
Can this guide certify that an Agent is safe?
No. It is a way to identify discrepancies and record what was checked. A consistent role claim does not predict conduct or produce a verified badge, guarantee or platform approval.
What should I do if a contact asks for my login code?
Stop the exchange. Do not send a one-time code or password. Open ClubGG's official Help Centre yourself for its account, secure your email and account through their normal controls, and keep a private record of the request.
Sources and review limits
Public sources checked 26 September 2026 UTC: ClubGG Club roles, Union tools and role controls, Media Guideline, Help Centre and account guidance. They support the described product and promotional boundaries, not the present identity or conduct of a named contact.
We did not log in to another person's account, verify a particular Agent, inspect private Union permission records, contact a Club on a reader's behalf, certify safety or obtain ClubGG approval for this guide. A current record from the responsible party may add evidence in a specific case, but should not be inferred from a label or screenshot alone.
